Umar Ahsan Khan is a highly experienced business leader with over 33 years in finance. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics.
His career started at ICI Pakistan Limited in 1990, and he later became Director Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Dawlance Group of Companies in 2010. He has held significant leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Thal Engineering and is currently the CEO of Dawlance.
Umar Ahsan Khan has contributed actively to the business community, serving on various committees and as an independent director. He's recognized for his achievements, including his appointment to Habib University's Industrial Advisory Board in 2021. He also holds positions at HRSG, OICCI, and PEMA.
