ICAP representatives, Saifullah Khan FCA, President of ICAP, and Khalid Rahman, Council Member of ICAP, recently visited OICCI for a courtesy meeting. They were welcomed by M Abdul Aleem, Secretary General and Kashif Shafi, Executive Director.

The discussion revolved around the mutual interests of both organisations, including Pakistan’s overall business environment and on the role of Chartered Accountants (CAs). Both ICAP and OICCI emphasized the importance of creating a positive business environment in Pakistan, one that encourages sustainable growth, attracts investment, and supports effective governance and compliance.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to further strengthening collaboration between the two institutions.
