A hybrid Security Awareness Session was held at OICCI on May 16, 2025, conducted by Mr. Hammad Hussain, Head of Security at Procter & Gamble Pakistan Limited. The session was attended by over 30 security and administration professionals from various OICCI member organizations.

The discussion focused on the recent Pakistan-India developments and their potential implications for regional stability and the continuity of business operations. Key topics included the timeline of escalation, the current security environment, and the broader impact on supply chains, travel, economic conditions, and the increase of disinformation.

Participants emphasized the importance of revisiting crisis management and business continuity plans, strengthening inter-company coordination, and ensuring access to credible, real-time information during crises. There was strong consensus on the need to establish a communication network among member security teams especially during such crisis and to explore structured engagement with government authorities for timely updates.

The session concluded with a shared commitment to proactive planning, information sharing, and collaboration.
