She highlighted key statistics, stating that businesses with 30% women in managerial roles are more profitable. She encouraged women to "shake, transform, and recraft", reinforcing that leadership spaces are meant for both men and women.
Dr. sarah feroze junejo, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist, underscored that 50% of the population comprises of women, yet their potential remains underutilized due to health compromises. Her session, facilitated by Bayer, covered crucial topics such as PMS, contraceptives, and women's health empowerment, emphasizing that with proper care, women can live up to 80 years.
Sameera Wajid, Somatic Therapist & Practitioner, introduced the concept of the stress tolerance window and trauma, addressing how chronic stress affects leadership. She actively engaged the audience in relaxation exercises, helping them understand the impact of stress on well-being.
Mehar Y., EVP, Head of Learning & Organization Development at Meezan Bank Limited, shed light on women’s financial independence, the importance of managing assets, overcoming financial barriers, and financial literacy. She explained emergency funds and how women can seek professional financial guidance for long-term security.
The event concluded with inspiring remarks by Hafsa Shamsie, MD Roche Pakistan Limited & MC Member OICCI, who encouraged women to lead, support each other, and set examples for future generations.
