A delegation from Japan, led by Kimihide Ando, Managing Director at Ando. K Limited, recently visited the OICCI to meet with the Chamber’s CEO/Secretary General, M Abdul Aleem. The delegation discussed the possibilities of hiring young Pakistani talent for companies based in Japan.

The delegates also met with Asad Zaidi, General Manager of IT at Pakistan Cables Limited; Taimur Malik, Director of Public Services at SAP; Ajanthan Sivathas, CIO at Standard Chartered Bank; and Dr. M. Nadeem Sarwar, Senior Research Officer at OICCI.

During the meeting, Mr. Zaidi provided insights into Pakistan’s IT ecosystem, highlighting the Chamber’s efforts in upskilling individuals and enhancing the country's vast talent pool. Additionally, the discussion explored existing opportunities for foreign investors in Pakistan.
