OICCI first security awareness session held on April 13, 2022 for security experts of member companies, on the subject ‘Basics of Information Protection & Cyber Security’. The was conducted by Maj Omar Durrani (Retd), a member of security sustainability subcommittee OICCI.

This was hybrid session attended by about 50 participants physically/ online. The session focused on the cyber vulnerabilities of organizations, and the minimal requirements company staff needed to observe in order to ensure protection of information & safety against all kinds of cyber threats. The session was well received by the all participants and expressed importance of sharing such knowledge within their organizations.
