The Country Head and Managing Director of MUFG Bank Pakistan, Takuo Ikeda, along with Kengo Miura, Managing Director and Head of Pakistan Liaison Office, MUFG Bank, visited the OICCI for a courtesy and introductory meeting as part of Kengo Miura’s recent assignment in Pakistan on June 22, 2026.

The delegation was welcomed by OICCI Secretary General M Abdul Aleem and Executive Director Kashif Shafi.

During the visit, M. Abdul Aleem gave a detailed presentation on the Chamber’s initiatives and highlighted its significant contributions to Pakistan’s economic development. The meeting also included an engaging discussion on the evolving investment climate and potential foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities in the country.
