OICCI, in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), hosted an insightful IPR Training Awareness Session aimed at equipping MBA students and young professionals with a strong foundation in Intellectual Property Rights.

Led by Usman Altaf – Legal, IP & Compliance at Martin Dow Group, the session delved deep into critical IPR concepts including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, along with the challenges of IP regulation in Pakistan.

From the impact of IP on brand value and innovation to tackling real-world issues like counterfeiting and deceptive marketing, participants gained valuable knowledge backed by real-life legal experiences and actionable tips.
