Diversity and Inclusion Handbook 2022
The aim of this resource is to publish information regarding initiatives and policies that our member companies have adopted within their workplaces to make them more conducive, especially to females. The Handbook covers policies aimed on:
- Building Inclusive Workplaces
- Creating Inclusive Workspaces and Facilities
- Enabling environment to grow talent which would help improve the dismal top and middle level management ratio of Pakistan, currently standing at only 8%.
- Developing safety nets
- Extending Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Value Chain.
It is now available for use by interested corporations and other organizations to begin or further their journey towards equality in the workplace and help other industries and organizations adopt similar policies. Widespread adoption would help Pakistan improve female labor participation and help push up the socio-economic growth of Pakistan by including all diverse groups.
