  • All payments should be made at least a week before the event.
  • Last minute cancellations will not be entertained
  • In case of cancellation, the Chamber should be informed two(2) days before the event, also the Chamber will charge 15% of the Council Hall rent
  • Payments should be made via cheques in favor of OICCI
  • The company booking the Council Hall will be responsible for any damages incurred during the event and will be charged for it
  • The Chamber will not be responsible for bookings in case of poor law & order situation in the country
  • All bookings should be done at least 15 days in advance before the event
